Luxurious Asada Villa is located in Manggis adjacent to Candidasa or rather in East Bali area. This luxurious four-bedrooms villa has a private swimming pool, then in this villa you will be presented a charming shoreline view as the location effect in this villa that overlooking to Labuan Amuk Bay, blue lagoon and Nusa Penida Island, Nusa Lembongan Island and Lombok Island. Asada Villa or also known as Kalyana Gulf Villa was built on 15 acres of land, it’s located on a hillside with altitude of 25 meters. The distance from the beach is only 50 meters, ideal for snorkeling. Two-story villa with contemporary style has an architectural design that allows the natural light illuminating the elegant and simple rooms. The living room and dining room are located upstairs.

Entrance:
Kalyana Bay Villa is positioned a few hundred yards from the main road, accessed through a private driveway. Asada Villa has a private entrance with parking area and a big enough garage for two vehicles.

Living Room & Dining Room:
The living room and main dining room are under one roof with area 16.5 x 7 meters and using glass door also has a covered balcony as far as the room, so that to maximize the stunning scenery that offered beyond the villa as well as making it an ideal room for your parties. With the cream color decoration, fitted three couches and a coffee table. Sitting area in this room is separate and displays a table for ten people. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and sea breeze coming from the direction of two glass doors that can be opened as wide as opposed ventilation. Entertainment such as tools to play your favorite music has also been provided in this room and a toilet.

Kitchen:

Accommodation includes two master bedrooms that using  air conditioning, located in a separate building. Each master bedroom has comfortable sitting room which has been equipped with armchairs and a table that match with four-poster that covered with valance as white as the snow, it is also equipped with sofa, two chairs and a table. Each main room is also equipped balcony or terrace as place to enjoy the incredible scenery. In this place is also a daybed and two chairs had been prepared. Each room also has provided clothes changing area with walk-in wardrobe and dressing table complete with drawers. Luxury bathroom design with cream color also equipped a granite bathtub and a pair of cabinets that  complete with sink and mirror. Toilet and shower are also placed in different cubicles.

In addition to the main room, there are two other guest rooms in this villa and located near the swimming pool in the main building. Each room has been equipped with air conditioning, hardwood floor and walk-in wardrobe. Glass sliding door opening into the pool deck and a separate door leading to the family room that stands in the center between the two rooms. One of the rooms has twin beds while the other one king size bed both of which have been furnished with a desk, chair, table and lamp. The bathroom features design and appearance that almost identical to the bathroom in the main room except the bathroom in the second room has only one sink. One of two bathrooms is also equipped with window beside the bathtub that overlooking to the ornamental pool and waterfall. All rooms are equipped with safes.

Family Room:
Family room is equipped with hyacinth sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. This room is also equipped home theater with flat-screen TV with satellite channels also DVD player. A toilet is also available in this room.

Swimming Pool & Garden:
Swimming pool measuring 18 x 4 meters stretching to the sea is perfect for your swimming activity. Creamy white stone deck is equipped with eight sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also outdoor dining table and a single thatched relaxation bale with floor covered with soft pillows. Grass that has been trimmed neatly making this place as fitting location for parties or receptions. Decorative pool is equipped with a soothing fountain jars with gurgling when water flow.

Location:
Asada Villa is located just ten minutes drive from village in Candidasa seaside, which is able to offer diverse Bali cultural heritage that important and historic. This villa area is a beautiful place, away from the bustle, isolated from the hustle and bustle, more accurately located in East Bali Island exactly in Karangasem regency. Being in Karangasem means that you have set foot in the place where the exotic kingdom in Bali and staying together with lush forests, towering mountains, verdant rice paddies, small islands around it, like a palace.

There are many restaurants in Candidasa. Guests can shop and do the bargaining at local market or just enjoy Hindu dance performance. Asada Villa is also a good place to start exploring the ancient kingdoms and mystical palaces, including the Puri Agung Karangasem in downtown, Amlapura, as well as the Water Palace ‘Taman Ujung’ and pool complex known as ‘Tirta Gangga’.  Activities that can be done like river rafting, cycling through rice fields surrounded by verdant, hiking and snorkeling or scuba diving.

This villa is also adjacent to a unique village that hidden for 700 years and known as ‘Tenganan’. The inhabitants are Bali natives before the Hindus go to this island, still cling with strong indigenous tradition, the inhabitants have respectable life style based on rituals and ceremonies. The best beach in this region is white sand with sickle moon shape framed beautifully by rows of coconut trees. Some bamboo walled stalls and thatched roofs in this beach serve food and cold drinks. Family entertainment in this area is the Bali Safari & Marine Park and the Odyssey Submarine Adventure. They are an ideal activity for those who want to see life under the sea without diving.
